Brad,
an experienced Kansas City consumer and business bankruptcy attorney,
was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. He moved to Kansas City
to attend Rockhurst University. He graduated from Rockhurst in 2000
with a Bachelor of Arts and Majors in Political Science and Marketing.
Brad obtained his law degree in 2003 from Saint Louis University.
After law school he returned to the Kansas City area.
This qualified Kansas City bankruptcy lawyer started his practice
working in the public sector, first for Legal Aid of Western Missouri
and then for the Missouri Attorney General’s Office. He then
worked in the corporate law area for NovaStar Financial, Inc. Brad
came to The Sader Law Firm in 2007 and currently focuses his practice
on Bankruptcy, Commercial
Real Estate and Commercial Litigation.
Brad has extensive litigation experience having appeared before
the Missouri Western District Court of Appeals, the Eastern District
Court of Appeals and in State District Courts in approximately 30
counties throughout Western Missouri.
Brad and his wife Annie currently reside in the Plaza area
of Kansas City.
